Delivery

Here you can find out all you need to know about your order and delivery.
Once you have placed your order we will issue a confirmation e-mail to you, for items that are in stock at our warehouse you can expect delivery within 7-10 working days. Bespoke cushions will take longer to produce and you can expect to take delivery of the finished cushion within 3-4 weeks.

All items that are out of stock are highlighted as such on the website. In that instance, we can email you to let you know when it’s back in stock. If an item has gone out of stock after you’ve processed your order online, we’ll notify you as quickly as possible to let you know the expected delivery time. Once your item is ready for dispatch, we’ll email you with dispatch and tracking details, we use a 48hr shipping service, text updates are available if you supply a mobile number.

Deliveries to mainland UK businesses and residential addresses are usually made between 7am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please Note: If you require deliveries to Northern or Southern Ireland, Highland Scotland and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Isles of Scilly a nominal surcharge will apply. Costings are detailed below.

Post Code Delivery Exemptions
We use Parcel Force '48 hour large' service for all papasan chair sets. Click here to see Parcel Force's delivery exemptions as this service is not available to a small number of postcodes.

If you require a Saturday delivery these are available but are subject to an additional £15.00 surcharge and delivery is between 7am and 12.30pm.

European and Worldwide Shipping
Unfortunately we can not provide a cost effective european or worldwide delivery service at present. We are very happy for customers to arrange their own shipping and collect from our premises though and can provide all weights and dimensions required to assist in this process.

Collection
Although collection from our warehouse is not possible you may pre arrange to collect items from a Camberley based residential address weekdays after 6.30pm and weekends before 12pm. We require 24hrs notice and all collections are by appointment only. Please contact us before completing your checkout.

Returns and refunds

This page aims to answer some of the most frequently asked questions. They are summaries only and you should read our Terms of Sale for more information.

What if I don't like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives or you are sent the wrong item?
Our quality team check your item to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery. If you’re not happy with the goods when you inspect them either refuse delivery or contact us.

If you only realise after the delivery that you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, just contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. Unfortunately this does not apply to bespoke made cushions created from fabrics not held in stock or which are not made to a standard size.

Products need to be in their original packaging and in a saleble condition.

Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund (less original delivery, return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us.

What do we charge to collect items?
If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs.

If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return or collection costs. You will pay 1 return or collection cost based on the product you are returning as per the below table.

How long will my refund take?
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Typically it takes up to 5 working days after we have received the unwanted item back.

More on PayPal refunds
If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. We will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase we will happily repair, replace or refund you in full.
